meine erste Predigt!

WOW!
Today was the first time that I preached at Open house (our youth service)! I was so excited the last couple of days but when I arrived at church today I wasn't anymore. As if someone had blown it out of me. I was so happy that my dad and my grandma came to listen. =)
I have been sick since Wednesday, a cold, and I hadn't had my voice all day long yesterday and still not today at lunchtime. And then, when I sang a worship song, I got it back so I could talk.

The sermon went really well. It was so quiet in the room like it hadn't been in a long time. Everyone was watching what I was gonna say and following my lips.

Afterwards a lot of people came to me and said they really liked what I said. My parents came (my dad almost cried) and my mum hugged me and honestly, this one was the first hug I got where I could feel that she really meant it.
But the best what happened was, that Roger, a friend of Simon, came to me after the service and looked at me with big eyes, saying that this sermon was really good. That it touched him, deeply!
Wow! Thank God!

Now we need to pray that he'll come to God and that some of the others have been touched as well.
